Association work 4.0
The BGV
The corona pandemic as a reform to association work 4.0
Into digitization with the BGV
Since in the lockdown in the corona pandemic some useful regulations for business and association management were launched by the Federal Government, it is worthwhile not only to maintain them in the age of digitization, but even to expand them further.
For these reasons and our conviction in this way not only to be able to act much more flexibly and innovatively, but above all more purposefully like other competitors, we are offering the first pilot groups in the foreseeable future.
At this point, however, we would like to emphasize that the BGV does not want to act exclusively virtually, but that we want to see this concept as added value for all parties involved.
With experiences and innovations from the lockdown of the Corona crisis to new ways in the BGV association work
Certainly, work and Erfa groups as well as member meetings are a very good thing and the active participation certainly brings many competitive advantages, if there were not many factors in this difficult time, which would bring too quickly a failure.
Some of these factors at a glance:
- Arrival and departure times
- Regional binding of the location
- Long-term scheduling, possibly scheduling overlaps inflexible implementation times to rigid exchange and response times (often the penny falls only when everything has already run and is unfortunately usually forgotten before the next meeting) not exactly calculable actual number of participants high number of failures of meetings due to lack of participation high number of failures of working hours possibly additional costs e.g. due to travel costs, possible accommodation costs, gastronomy Since in the lockdown at that time, the Federal Government initiated some useful regulations on business and association management, it is worthwhile not only to maintain them in the age of digitization, but even to expand them further. For these reasons and our conviction in this way not only to be able to act much more flexibly and innovatively, but above all more purposefully like other competitors, we are offering the first pilot groups in the foreseeable future.
At this point, however, we would like to emphasize that the BGV does not want to act exclusively virtually, but that we should consider this concept as added value for all parties involved in order to
- cheaper
- more expeditiously
- in a contemporary way
- more efficiently
- more actually
- more adaptably
- clearer
- target-oriented
- to professionally process, conceptualize and set on the right path ideas and solutions without major hindrance to day-to-day business with maximum numbers of participants in the groups.
Furthermore, with the BGV we offer a unique innovation network for young start-ups, which offer special added value for the transport and forwarding industry. In addition to finished services and products from start-ups, we also want to develop and advance our pilot network in which promising ideas and concepts prove themselves together with you and expand it beyond market maturity.
