EVIDENCES
on my activities and work Unfortunately, it is appropriate here to substantiate my statements with evidence or letters of request and response from the German Federal Government. Since I was denied any payments after my work on the grounds that there was no longer an official contract, I no longer see any grounds for a (for me also no longer existing) duty of confidentiality.
My achievements in the pandemic COMPARED
Services of the old associations
The old associations have done this in the last 5 years for drivers as well as transport, forwarding and transport companies, or not:
- Ideas or concepts for the national recruitment of mobile workers = None
- Promotion of national recruitment of mobile workers = None
- Actions for recognition of the performance of mobile workers = None
In the logdown of the pandemic
- Crisis plan taking into account system-relevant truck drivers = NO
- Measures against the closure of the car and rest areas = None, instead a public-interest FAKE campaign with unsuitable collecting shower containers, which usually remained closed
- Measures against the refusal of toilet access at the ramps = None, instead an instruction to the logisticians not to allow the driver to get out of the truck under any circumstances
- Measures against the reduction of freight prices by a large logistics company = None
- Supply of system-relevant truck drivers = None
- Special measures for system-relevant truck drivers = None
Services of the BGV/FahrGut
This is what BGV or the FahrGut initiative has done in the last 5 years for mobile workers as well as transport, forwarding and transport companies:
- Ideas or concepts for the national recruitment of drivers = YES, such as our exclusive seizure protection and resettlement program for service recipients according to ALG II or BkF-Recruiting 2.0 as well as the FairTop initiative
- Advertising measures for the national recruitment of driving personnel = Yes, for promo campaigns, through folders at petrol stations, car and rest stops as well as at schools. At training, transport, logistics and commercial vehicle fairs with their own stand as well as by trade fair partners.
- Actions for recognition of the performance of driving personnel = Yes, such as annual distribution actions for Easter, Christmas, on the day of logistics uva.
In the logdown of the pandemic
- Crisis plan taking into account the driving personnel = Yes, this crisis plan was personally prepared and made available by Mr. Jörg Kibbat and was valid nationwide.
- Measures against the closure of the car and rest areas = Yes, by FahrGut, containers with bathroom individual cabins were organized and the premature opening of the rest areas for truck drivers was personally made possible by an adaptation of the Infection Protection Act by Mr. Jörg Kibbat.
- Measures against the refusal of toilet access at the ramps = At the ramps were distributed by FahrGut Info-Folder for the safe handling of external personnel and instructions for safe disinfection as well as signage and aids such as disinfectants, etc. and made available as downloads.
- Measures against the reduction of freight prices by a large logistics company = FahrGut launched a petition for a freight price brake using the name BGV.
- Supply of system-relevant truck drivers = distribution of packed lunches
- Special measures against systemically important truck drivers = permanent communication with warnings about hotspots, organization of private overnight and shower facilities as well as a special crisis plan with route planning and short-term tests by the British military, thanks to personal contacts to this from Mr. Kibbat. Mr. Jörg Kibbat also made it possible for the drivers to use exhibition parking spaces and well-known hotels, such as the NOVOTEL in Düsseldorf, free of charge on Christmas holidays.
Government benefits
This is what the German Federal Government has done in the last 5 years for mobile workers as well as transport, forwarding and transport companies, or better not:
- Ideas or concepts for the national recruitment of driving personnel = None, because even the personal efforts of Mr. Jörg Kibbat to win the Federal Government for a coherent and validated draft concept failed. The concept was praised and declared to be purposeful, but this is no joke, but can be documented in writing by Mr. Jörg Kibbat, the Minister of Labour did not see himself in the competence and referred Mr. Jörg Kibbat to the Ministry of Family Affairs, which then referred him to the Ministry of Transport and this Mr Jörg Kibbat then again to the Minister of Labour, who then remarked, however, that one could not support a single profession, as he saw it as a disadvantage for other industries.
- Advertising measures for the national recruitment of driving personnel = None, because you do not want to disadvantage anyone
- Actions for recognition of the performance of mobile workers = No, not even promised services for systemically important operations
In the logdown of the pandemic
- Crisis plan taking into account the driving personnel = None, for this purpose an information package of the German Bundestag was provided to Mr. Jörg Kibbat (This is still in the possession of Mr. Jörg Kibbat and can therefore be proven by him, especially since he has not been paid for his work so far and he therefore no longer sees himself in the duty of confidentiality)
- Measures against the closure of the car and rest areas = None, until an adjustment of the Infection Protection Act by Mr. Jörg Kibbat personally enabled the premature opening of the rest areas for truck drivers.
- Measures against the refusal of toilet access at the ramps = None, as one simply kept out
- Measures against the reduction of freight prices by a large logistician = None, as one simply kept out
- Supply of system-relevant truck drivers = None, as you simply stayed out of it
- Special measures for systemically important truck drivers = cooperation with Mr. Jörg Kibbat in the Dover crisis
