The setting of tasks

The task is primarily a recruitment of personnel for the transport, forwarding, transport, travel and logistics industries. For this purpose, physical and psychological aspects as well as professional competence on the part of the organization or the personnel for personnel recruitment should be firmly integrated. The background is primarily to separate the so-called chaff from the wheat in advance.

FairTop - Next Heroes is also intended to anticipate strong fluctuation in recruitment in order to anticipate unnecessary expensive training and further education measures vis-à-vis candidates who are not eligible.

Candidates in question are to be prepared for a longer-term career path in advance by casting FairTop - Next Heroes. This also applies to lateral entrants or especially to lateral entrants whose longevity of interest, i.e. their interest in a long-term employment relationship, is to be explored in advance under point 5 (one-day flight test) in order to advance a strong fluctuation in this way.

Similar to the Dutch concept for recruitment in the transport, forwarding and transport sector, FairTop - Next Heroes is intended to be the basis for a temporary employment contract at fair conditions for employees, i.e. according to a collective wage system for the transport, forwarding, transport and travel and logistics industries.

However, the temporary employment scheme should only contain the following elements:

  • Max. 6 months transitional regulation vis-à-vis companies until permanent employment
  • Short-term rescue solution in the event of a company's emergency, e.g. in the event of a poor order situation, max. for 3 months
  • Replacement personnel in the event of entrepreneurial bottlenecks. Here, however, only career starters are placed for a maximum of 3 months with a takeover option, so that they receive a reasonable driving practice.

Creation of a pool for 3 levels of personal sharing. The 3 stages are in detail:

  • Trainees as bus and truck drivers
  • Career starters as bus and truck drivers
  • Lateral entrants with little professional practice as bus and truck drivers
  • Experienced bus and truck drivers
  • Affiliated companies can help each other out with staff via this pool.

This is done according to a bonus system, which classifies as follows:

  • How often replacement personnel are requested
  • How often a training place is awarded
  • How often an internship is awarded
  • How many employees were taken over by the respective company
  • How often will employees be employed with little practice

Except for point 1, the procedure is that the respective company collects as many points as possible. At point 3, the points are calculated according to the amount of payment.
