Why BGV?

The BGV
Why this association and why now?

With the BGV, we want to give transport, forwarding, transport and travel companies not only assistance in attracting and maintaining driving personnel, but above all a fair and honest voice in order to give them a long-term future in addition to surviving the current crises.

Furthermore, we already offer some validated solutions against the constantly growing shortage of drivers, against the growing shortage of parking spaces as well as the increasing theft of fuel and freight, which unfortunately have been blocked to date by a lack of responsibility on the part of politicians. These include our exclusive national recruitment program with seizure protection for recipients of ALG II, which was found to be very good, but the responsibility was shifted from the Ministry of Labour to the Ministry of Transport, from the latter to the Ministry of Family Affairs and from the latter back to the Ministry of Labour. As a last statement, it was then communicated that no single profession could be supported.

Unfortunately, the corona pandemic and its effects already showed that the mixing between transport and other logistics industries within the old associations and associations, the transport, forwarding and transport and travel companies were left as losers of this crisis.

Inadequate freight prices and special agreements on the part of dominant logisticians such as Amazon, Metro, etc., unfortunately repeatedly force the established old associations and associations to act against their own convictions, their own members and the German economy or rather to remain silent.

The transport industry, the unloved stepchild of the German economy

From the hated bus or truck driver, to the ecological enemy image of bus or truck to fundamentally criminal forwarding companies, which have often been steep templates for dubious crime films, the transport industry is always the unloved stepchild of the German economy and unfortunately Germany is increasingly refusing these important and above all vital industries. Why can no one really explain.

And even in the pandemic, as well as the actual realization of the importance of the transport industry in the supply chain of our most necessary supply, Germany opposed it almost unanimously. Because already in the planning of the supply of the population, the supply of the suppliers, so the truck driver simply forgotten whereby there is still not even an information folder on the part of the Federal Government for dealing with these people e.g. at the loading ramps with the result, that even currently truck drivers have been denied access to showers, toilets and food. As if this were not enough, Amazon, Metro and others pushed the freight prices into the bottomless ground, which meant that more and more transport companies had to struggle with economic survival and mass layoffs and even closures followed. And this although, if there had already been a rethink at that time, Germany would have actually faced a new "economic miracle," instead of further crises, as they still are today.

Almost the same was unfortunately also true in many places for the drivers of buses and trains, which was more than a problem, especially in rural areas.

The BGV - contemporary, innovative and forward-looking

Our intention begins with the term "innovative." Because in the transport as well as in the transport world, a renewal is not only timely, but also vital in Germany. For this reason, we present not only a new association of many, but at the same time a reform under the title NEW HEROES with innovative and already validated concepts for the national recruitment of driving personnel.

With these up-to-date, innovative and forward-looking concepts, we do not want to surprise you, but simply convince you, especially since we have been working under our long-standing initiative FahrGut for many years and against many official hurdles. to which we received high recognition from the Federal Government, but were referred to the participation of the German economy.
