In addition to the planned promotional or recruitment tour FairTop - Next Heroes, BGV/FahrGut will also place

Job Center (Entrance hall) a "Point for Next HEROES," an appealing information or application stand (similar to a trade fair stand) in typical campaign design with the following equipment:

4 digital towers (each equipped with an I-Pad)

Stands with information folders

Posters

Roll-Up's

In addition, an express processing should be set up for applicants at the respective job center, e.g. in the form of one or more express counters. The background for this is waiting service recipients, who stand in usually very long queues at peak times to move to the information or application stand without this fear of even longer waiting times, e.g. by re-hiring.

Alternatively, accelerated processing can also take place by issuing separate waiting numbers which could be called separately.

Optionally, a motivation team can also provide additional perception and motivation for an application, e.g. with an experience story as a former ALG II recipient.

About hotspots of socially vulnerable people in the dialogue to apply

In order to participate at least in a minimum of public life, more and more people in socially disadvantaged situations find themselves in particular people who receive benefits according to SGB III or ALG II at typical hotspots such as the classic drinking halls, snack bars, gas stations, etc. But the meeting places of the parity welfare associations are also experiencing a steadily growing influx, even outside the now unfortunately increasingly necessary food expenses. At the same time, there is also an increase in young people and young people in these areas.

In the case of the commercial hotspots, it is certainly also due to the fact that one or the other can write to many of these hotspots just before every 1st of the month, after he/she has first established himself/herself at the hotspot in question, e.g. a drinking hall, through personal presence. This also makes the young people present here particularly friendly and accessible.

So not only in line with the trend, but particularly up-to-date and above all helpful to us, this seems to be another step in the external social digitization of our driver offensive. At locations changing in quarterly tone (every 3 months), we will place an additional 100 Mini-Points for new HEROES at the aforementioned hotspots for socially vulnerable people.

Each consists of a cardboard display of our campaign heroes, which carry info folders and house a networked digital tower. In the quiet mode, appealing animations run here, which enter into dialogue with the interested parties in order to convince them of the idea of an application. Of course, the employees of the hotspots listed will also make a further contribution, especially as they benefit either personally (see special rewards from commercial providers) or as an organization (see special rewards from social institutions and schools) from any potential application.

The hotspots in the respective catchment areas of the campaign:

Social meeting places for long-term unemployed people and/or socially disadvantaged young people, such as the AWO, the DRK, the panels, the Caritas, the Diakonias, etc.

In front of classic drinking halls (kiosks) in so-called neighbourhoods of socially weak living and infrastructure
In so-called Spätkaufs in so-called Kiezen socially weak living and infrastructures.
In pubs in so-called neighbourhoods of socially weak residential and infrastructure.
In snack bars in so-called neighbourhoods of socially weak residential and infrastructure.

Depending on the infrastructure, local filling stations are increasingly becoming hotspots for long-term unemployed people so that they are also addressed depending on the location.

Special rewards for social institutions and schools:

The above mentioned meeting places receive a monthly lump sum of 100.00 EURO plus a per-head follow-up premium of 50.00 EURO each, which is handed over in the form of a donation about 4 weeks after the change of location. This success premium depends on the amount of actual hiring.

Special remuneration to commercial providers:

The aforementioned drinking halls, late purchases, snack bars, pubs, petrol stations, etc. also receive a monthly lump sum of 100.00 EURO and a per capita premium of 50.00 EURO for each applicant hired. In the event of a change of location, a final invoice is issued after approx. 4 weeks.

Depending on the success of the individual locations, an extension for an indefinite period is optionally possible.
