Driver acquisition
FairTop – Next Heroes for NEWCOMER
Alliances/Network
Due to the effects of demographic change, the elimination of conscription and the image deficits of the transport, forwarding, transport and travel and logistics industries, a large number of alliances and cooperations have already been formed to counteract the ongoing shortage of drivers with the available resources. However, the main problem is only shifted. Unfortunately, the result is often an unwanted additional competition for existing drivers, although the solutions often seem quite promising. This in turn opens up many opportunities for our project to bundle resources from business, recruitment, training and politics. These resources are to be used to create a network with possible solutions, but also with obligations to use these possibilities. These duties are important because the basic attitude of most entrepreneurs is unfortunately still such that the typical desired candidates should be as old as possible 20 years old and have at least 15 years of professional experience. We find these desired factors again and again in our work with FahrGut, which leads us to the idea of a network for the recruitment and marketing of driving personnel with the commitment of regulated integration of suitable and qualified companies.
Commitment regulated?
With FairTop - Next Heroes, we want to motivate transport and forwarding companies to actively engage and reward them via a bonus system. Away from the aforementioned desired candidate mentality to the opportunity and newcomer welcome mentality. Instead of endlessly pouring funds into overpriced advertisements and campaigns to poach existing bus and truck drivers, the members of our network should be intelligently motivated to use these funds more to finance training and further education measures. Acceptable collateral damage should also be taken into account, because especially with driving personnel, everyone has started with a small bump here and there in the past.
Engagements in the form of training, internships and employment of newcomers are rewarded with bonus points at FairTop - Next Heroes. These bonus points entitle the use of the individual levels of FairTop personnel pools from a number to be determined. In addition to driving personnel in personnel sharing to bridge and/or supplement short-term personnel bottlenecks, this pool contains a classic job market of bus and truck drivers who want a long-term change in their work situation.
The individual levels of the aforementioned FairTop personnel pool are:
Young professionals with little or no professional practice
Lateral entrants with little professional practice
Experienced unannounced bus and truck drivers with the desire for a long-term change in their work situation
In addition, the participating companies and the participating personnel * commit themselves to voluntary self-regulation in accordance with the standards of BGV/FahrGut in order to ensure a certain quality of companies and personnel in order to secure long-term competitive and market advantages.
Netzwerke sind heutzutage wichtig, wichtiger sind aber neben der Struktur klare Absichten und Ziele
